Construction will begin once the permitting and approval process is complete and electric grid connection authorizations are in place. Project team members expect construction to begin in early 2023 and continue for approximately eight to 10 months.

The Peregrine Project has received a permit through the City of San Diego Planning Department and will continue to provide updates as the project moves towards construction.

Extensive community outreach has been a cornerstone of the project plan to ensure stakeholders are fully informed about the project and can provide meaningful input in order to promote a collaborative development outcome. As the project moves towards construction in 2023, the Peregrine team will provide construction updates to nearby neighbors and continues to welcome community feedback as an essential part of the process.
