Permitting Process

The Peregrine Project has received a permit through the City of San Diego Planning Department and will continue to provide updates as the project moves toward construction.

The Peregrine Project received unanimous approval from the Barrio Logan Community Planning Group in November 2021.

An environmental review was completed by the City of San Diego Development Services Department in April 2022.

The project received unanimous City Council approval in August 2022 and approval for coastal and site development permits in September 2022.
